Q: Is there an order minimum

A:  Yes! We have a 25-order minimum, This allows us to hone in a little bit more and meet the demands of the current market. This model is great for holiday gifting, sales training, goal setting, closings, and more.

 

Q: When will my order Ship?

A: Curated orders will ship between 1-3 business days after an order is received. If there is a delay for any reason, someone from our team will reach out ASAP.

Q: What is the return policy?

A: Because orders are gifts, all of our orders are final sale. If there was an issue with your order please let us know within 24 hours of receipt and we will be in touch for additional information. 

Q: What is the difference between Gift Concierge and Custom Gifts?

A: We like to think of Gift Concierge as a solution to specific gifting occasions where one or a few gifts are needed. Some examples include: Loss of a Loved One, Milestone Birthday, Last Minute Holiday Gift, Client Thank You. Maybe you know their favorite store but don’t know what to buy, our Gift Concierge can help!

Our Custom Gifting Services are geared towards any event or occasion such as Corporate Gifts, Client Appreciation, Bridesmaid/Groomsmen Proposals and Gifts, Wedding Welcome, Bachelorette, Special Events.
